We are excited to announce the launch of a new and improved service offering called Lead Insights Service. Our mission is to build human-enabled, smart technologies that help local service businesses achieve their goals, and the release of Lead Insights Service will help do just that.
Lead Insights Service is designed to increase the profitability of your Campaigns while also saving you valuable time and money. Our Quality Assurance team will proactively review and verify each Lead, while also capturing critical data points, which enables you to make smarter decisions and get the most out of your Campaigns.

Lead Insights Service is good for Clients of Service Direct that:
- Want to know more advanced metrics like Call Answer Rate, Booked Appointment Rate, and Cost Per Booked Appointment.
- Don’t have enough time or resources to effectively manage Leads in order to unlock their Lead Performance Metrics.
- Have a hard time Submitting Leads for Review within the eligibility time frame for Lead Credit.
- Want to know more about where the gaps are in their call to customer process.

- Lead Performance Metrics. Our Quality Assurance team will also analyze each Lead generated and capture critical data points to unlock key performance metrics including your Call Answer Rate, Booked Appointment Rate, and more.
Lead Insights Service can be added to any Marketplace or Select Lead Generation program.
