Service Direct 2025: A Year of Growth, Innovation, and Momentum
What We Built in 2025—and How It’s Shaping 2026
2025 was a busy year at Service Direct.
We invested heavily in our team, continued to evolve our marketplace, and made thoughtful improvements to the technology that powers it, helping service companies and publishers achieve better outcomes from every call.
Those investments showed up in real ways, with more calls delivered, stronger enterprise partnerships, continued platform enhancements, and a growing presence across a wide range of service categories.
We are proud of the work, grateful for the people who made it possible, and increasingly excited about where the momentum is taking us as we head into 2026.

A Bigger Marketplace, Stronger Results
Service Direct continued to grow in 2025, building on a record year in 2024. Over the past year, the marketplace facilitated significantly more homeowner-to-service provider connections, reflecting both increased activity and continued demand across service categories.
In 2025, the growth we achieved across the Service Direct marketplace translated into tangible, real-world outcomes that benefited both the businesses we serve and the homeowners who rely on them.
Calls delivered through the platform increased by 42% year over year.
Each day, thousands of homeowners were connected with service providers ready to help, often in situations where timing and availability are critical. Those connections created real impact, supporting hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue for service companies across our network this year, based on typical returns in home services marketing, while helping hundreds of thousands of homeowners quickly connect with local service professionals through a simple phone call.
Inc. 5000: A Milestone That Reflects Years of Progress
Being named to the Inc. 5000 list, the definitive ranking of America's fastest-growing private companies, for the seventh time, was another proud achievement that we approach with humility.
This recognition is a testament to years of disciplined execution and a business model built for long-term sustainability. With our current trajectory, projecting over $27 million in revenue by the end of 2025, we are excited to carry our momentum forward into 2026 in a responsible and strategic way.
Supporting Enterprise Brands at Scale
Service Direct has long been known for helping local service businesses grow through high-intent phone calls. At the same time, we have always worked with service companies of all sizes, from single-location operators to national and multi-location brands.
In 2025, our work with enterprise service brands expanded meaningfully, through the following efforts and more:
- Focused investments in enterprise-level capabilities, features, and dedicated support
- Strong adoption from enterprise partners, contributing millions of dollars in new revenue
- Enterprise growth is becoming a meaningful driver of overall company performance
- Support for dozens of established service brands across plumbing, pest control, appliance repair, HVAC, and more
These organizations operate with complex requirements. Supporting those needs while maintaining call quality and marketplace integrity has pushed us to improve across the platform.
The result is a stronger, more flexible foundation that benefits enterprise partners while raising the bar for the entire Service Direct marketplace.
Using AI to Drive Clearer Insights and Better Outcomes
2025 was the year Service Direct became an AI-powered business.
Rather than treating AI as an experiment or a future concept, we focused on putting it to work in practical ways across our teams and platform. In 2025, we built and implemented AI-driven capabilities that improve visibility, reduce friction, and help partners make better decisions around every call.
Tools like Quality Check and Call Recap are already having a real impact. They provide clearer insight into call quality and outcomes, help reduce buyer disputes, and create a shared understanding of performance across buyers, sellers, and internal teams.

These improvements are not theoretical. They are actively shaping how the marketplace operates day-to-day.
This reflects a broader shift in how we build and run the business. Service Direct is now using AI as a core part of how calls are evaluated, insights are surfaced, and outcomes are improved across the marketplace. It is not about a single feature, but about embedding intelligence into the platform's foundation.
And this is just the beginning.
We have significant enhancements already underway that will expand AI's support for performance analysis, trend identification, and optimization at both the individual call and aggregate levels. As we move into 2026, AI will continue to play a central role in how we help service companies and publishers grow through better data and clearer insight.
Raising the Standard for Affiliates
Throughout 2025, we continued to invest in the Affiliate Insights Platform, reinforcing our commitment to transparency, performance, and long term partnership with publishers and affiliates.
AI is now a core part of how the platform delivers value. By applying AI to call data and performance signals, the Affiliate Insights Platform helps surface insights beyond basic reporting, giving partners clearer visibility into what is driving results and where adjustments can have the biggest impact.
These capabilities help affiliates better understand call quality, performance trends, and areas for improvement across their traffic. Rather than relying on surface-level metrics alone, partners are able to evaluate performance with greater context and confidence, supporting smarter optimization and more consistent outcomes.
Looking ahead, AI will play an even larger role in how the Affiliate Insights Platform evolves. We are actively building enhancements that will provide deeper performance analysis at both the individual call level and in aggregate, helping affiliates spot trends earlier, identify opportunities faster, and adapt more effectively as the marketplace changes.
As we move into 2026, the Affiliate Insights Platform will remain a key area of investment, combining data, AI-driven insights, and marketplace experience to help affiliates grow alongside Service Direct.
A Team Built for Long-Term Success
If there is one constant behind everything we built this year, it is our people.
Service Direct is fortunate to have one of the most experienced teams in the pay-per-call space. This group understands call quality, marketplace dynamics, affiliate relationships, and what service companies need to grow sustainably. That depth of experience matters, especially in an industry where short-term decisions can create long-term problems.
In 2025, that team grew meaningfully. We saw an 88% increase in full-time employees across engineering, sales, operations, and support.
Just as important, everyone who started the year with us is still here.
That continuity reflects a culture built on trust, accountability, and a shared commitment to doing the work the right way.

As we added new team members (many pictured above), we were deliberate about finding people who raise the bar while fitting how we operate. The result is a deeper, more capable team, well-positioned to support our marketplace and what's coming next.
Looking Ahead: Our Focus for 2026
As we head into 2026, we are building from a position of strength.
The momentum from 2025 is carrying forward across the marketplace, our enterprise partnerships, and the tools that support both buyers and affiliates. We are continuing to invest in our team, expand enterprise capabilities, and deepen the role of AI across the platform to deliver clearer insights and better outcomes from every call.
A major focus in the year ahead will be turning data into action. Through continued enhancements to the Affiliate Insights Platform and broader use of AI, we are working toward providing full visibility into performance at both the individual call level and in aggregate. That includes helping partners spot trends earlier, surface opportunities more clearly, and make informed decisions that support long-term growth.
At the same time, we remain focused on what has always mattered most: Connecting homeowners with service providers who can help, maintaining a high-quality, trusted marketplace, and building products that create real value for everyone involved.
We are proud of what we accomplished in 2025 and excited about what is ahead. The work continues, and 2026 is shaping up to be an even more impactful year for Service Direct and those we serve.
